New Freedom Transportation Services ​

 

Available for adults age 60 and older and/or individuals with disabilities where Medicaid or other funding sources will not cover the cost of transportation.  Provides 1 trip every other month.  Please call at least 1 week in advance.  Serves Barrow, Clarke, Elbert, Greene, Jackson, Jasper, Medison, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Oglethorpe and Walton counties.
