Please note there is a one-time $25 registration fee for equipment. This fee may be waived for anyone with documented income of less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or with a hardship referral from their medical provider.

Equipment is provided on an as-available basis. 

Larger items are eligible for free delivery on a case-by-case basis when volunteers are available.

The current service area for this program is Newton, Rockdale, Walton and Athens-Clarke counties.
